Here is a copy of the letter I sent to King county Prosecutor, Norm Maleng
Concerning, the meetings with his office, on the March 15, 1994
assault in the lobby of the court house, an Hope's kidnapping.
When reading his website the reader will notice a section called

Dear Paula
In researching the prosecutors web page, I came across the crime victims
rights, I found them to be very informative. I have a question
to pose to you and the king county Prosecutors office.
1. Why wasn't I given a crime victims form to fill out when I met with
You and Mr. Maleng , on September 25, 1994, when I was a victim of
assault, in the King county Juvenile court house, on March 15, 1994
just minutes after leaving Comm. Maurice Epstein's court room, with a
court order of dismissal, of state custody of my daughter ?
follow up question , should the reason be that the assault occurred in the
city of Seattle,
Why wasn't I given knowledge of the crime victims rights , by the city of
Seattle attorney's office Mark Sidron ?
My daughter was kidnapped, in this assault, from my custody, this has been
proven in a CR60 investigation.
After dismissal of the state action that day, March 15, 1994, I was the
legal and proper custodian of my child.
A crime was committed, and I was denied proper access to the legal system in
reporting that crime.
Could you lead me to the proper unit to file a crime victims claim ?
Since Kidnapping carries a longer statute within the scope of the law
The parties were not family members nor spouse to the child.
The parties took the child over state line into Oregon after the abduction at
the court house on March 15, 1994, This too has been proven in a CR 60
investigation.
