In Washington State, Children have to suffer for medical attention 
because Mom and Dad make just a itsy-bisty bit over the limit to qualify for 
medical coverage.. 

But lets get those Gays and lesbians covered, lets make a big issue out of 
their medical coverage and Domestic partnerships...
Remember Dominco Presnell age 6 who died in state care in a foster home in 
1996, I worked with Reporter Steve Goldsmith on the story and others, Well 
DSHS had the total care of Dominco for two years 
He died with a mouth full of rotten teeth in a stairwell , he had been 
over medicated on mind altering drugs, by his foster mother, who had taken 
him to a state contracted doctor.. who was all to ready to push those drugs 
on the little guy... But what about his rotten teeth, DSHS failed to treat the whole child... this out of control agency doesn't care WHO it uses as long as it gets the MONEY. By the way, The TRUE VICTIM here is the six year
old DEAD child with rotten teeth, who wasn't cared for by the State of 
Washington, The state of Washington's MISSION STATEMENT, proclaims to TREAT the WHOLE child, they had him almost two years 
COULD and SHOULD they have taken him to a Dentist ? and sought other 
treatment for him? YES, they Should and could have.
The Legislature and the King county council 
will in the End see eye to eye, But what about the children ?
There , if you will, is more of the services the state has to offer that 
never was given to Domenico Presnell.
