First, let me explain She was a minor at the time of this interview, I was
not notified of the interview, secondly, You failed to explain to Mr. James
in your e-mail , that the
parties bringing my daughter to this interview, were the very parties
involved in the attack at the Courthouse, beating me to the floor and
kidnapping her, that these very parties all admitted lesbians were the
parties I filed complaints against.
Now having clarified this, You failed to state that my daughter was in the
presense of those involved in the crimes, and you failed to state that my
daughter was interviewed in the Peggy Jeffery Foster home with her rapist
sitting right there by the
King County Prosecutor, this was told to me and the investigator in a
interview with Peggy Jeffery. Now, You also failed to explain to Mr. James
that your very King County Prosecutor files on Ms. Jeffery alone document
where Ms. Jeffery admitted to Sgt. Chamberlain, that she slept nude with her
foster children and required them to sleep nude as well, nor did you explain
that I have King County records that are in the King County Prosecutor's
office of a child being raped in the Jeffery Home, that our Mr. Maleng failed
to prosecute her rapist, the rapist ? Was a member of Jeffery's family, Oh,
Mr. Satterberg there is so much more in the evidence that your King County
Prosecutor's office had pior knowledge of I have all the cases and records
Would you like to see them to refresh your memory on other sex crimes
committed in King County on Children, I even have the famous RUMP ROAST case
that Mr. Maleng went after with a fierceness, the woman who was accused of
stealing a rump roast , Just Look at the taxpayers dollars spent in this
frivilous suit.

A full investigation of this matter was conducted, including an interview
with your daughter, who insisted that she had not been the victim of any
crime. We cannot file charges without any evidence, no matter how strongly
you believe that some exists.
Your slanderous assertions and invented quotes do not help bring clarity to
this case. There is no evidence, there is no case.

The truth to this very convluted case Mr. Satterberg, is that as King County
Prosecutor, Mark Larsen quoted to me in his office, This case was handled all
wrong from the very conception of the ilegall removal of my daughter.
Social worker, Betsy Schlien in a Superior court under oath, testified to the
rape of my daughter, by Chris Auxier, and stated that she had interviewed the
rapist and informed her it was a crime of state rape against a minor child,
and if she did not stop she would be forced to report it to the Police. This
testimony is recorded on video of this Washington state court hearing, in
this same hearing after Ms. Schlien's testimony , you hear Judge Marylin
Sellers, state to the court, that she wasn't going to order the rape
investigated, you then hear Judge Sellers state to the court, That
Ms. Christina, { The rapist of the child } SHOULD seek a restraining order
AGAINST
the child, to PROTECT herself ! Now where in America does a rapist of a child
get rewarded ? I sat through this sickining hearing , and after Judge Sellers
ordered this outrage, she then violated my civil rights as well, by Ordering
me to P-FLAG, parents and friends of lesbians and gays, to do community
service work in supporting them !
In other words, I would be forced to approve of the Same sex rape of my
child.
In this hearing she failed to review my motion for a protective order to
protect my daughter from this testified abuse and rape.
King County Prosecutor, Norm Maleng, was running for Governor at the time I
met with him and requested he view the Court certified testimony taken under
oath by
A Washington state social worker , He refused to view the admission, instead
opting to tell me in front of witnesses ' That if It were men raping mu child
he would prosecute ' He did two things here , One he could not say truthfully
he viewed the admission of rape of a child in a Wasington state court ' In
other words he could claim he had no knowledge of the crime, and two he did
not want to hurt the homosexual votes he may get in his run for Governor.
When Betsy Schlien was called in by Prosecutor Mark Larsen, to be
interviewed
she was asked if she had knowledge of the sexual abuse of Norma Hope Robbins?
This interview took place after her testimony in court, Ms. Schlien lied to
Prosecutor Mark Larsen, She said she had no knowledge of any sexual abuse of
Norma Hope Robbins, She Lied. We have her purguring herself in an
investigation of crimes to a minor child, Now Mark Larsen would not view the
court certified video either, so
we have a situtation where those in power to prosecute " Hold their hands
over their faces and proclaim, ' You can't see me ' If I haven't seen the
evidence of the crime I must assume, Your words here, Mr. Satterberg, ' There
is no evidence, there is no case.
The state's own records clearly and defined the crimes committed in this
case, those records also show a biased upon the King County Prosecutor's
office in the
failure to stop those crimes, when they Should have.

A full investigation of this incident was conducted, including an interview
with the young woman, who insisted that no crime had ever been committed
against her. We cannot pursue criminal charges without evidence. Despite
the assertions of Ms. Kidd, there is no evidence to support filing of a
criminal case here.
