Dana Bholes < All Lesbian sponsorship came through these attorneys.

Paige Ulry was the attorney representing Hope on a expired Rule 9 
and was the first to shove me at the courthouse After she shoved me backwards, 
 the rest of the mob charged at me and then I was on the floor.

They are the ones that verbally communicated with various agencies 
to not speak with the mother < Should She call concerning the child> 

They kept Hope in the hands of her aggressors and Paige Ulry promoted 
Vicki Asher and Christine Axuier to the courts as personal friends of hers 
and that she knew these women well over nine months and they were 
more than qualified to care for my child. 

This is in the March 15, 1994 
< the day of the Attack > Court hearings before Commissioner : Maurice 
Eppstein Juvenile Court < King >
When Hope was Kidnapped by all this mob out the side door of the court house. 
And I was held in a room by the Seattle police while this Kidnapping could 
occur. 
This is the day Atty. Jana Heyed stood and watch me get beat and Hope 
taken and then told the police that we had no Order of dismissal when in fact 
we had just walked out of Commissioner Eppstein's court room with 
a signed order dismissing the whole case and I could take my child home 
Second illegal taking of Hope. First was when she was removed from school 
We had not been served a Notice of removal still to this day we have not been 
served that Hope was removed..
Jana Heyd is a very evil person.. She failed to report the crimes she 
witnessed that day in the court house < How could she ? She was a willing 
party>

Later in 1994 she failed to report the sexual crimes admitted to in Court 
, Marylin Sellers court room when Social worker Betsy Schlein testified 
to < Hopes rape and stated that she might have to report it or it would fall 
back on the departments head !!! Protect the department, But what about a 
child that is being raped ? She also stated that it was a crime and that it 
was statutory rape. And the mother most likely would report it ! This was 
in April 1994 < court hearing > the same one that Judge Marylin Sellers 
ask the rapist to get a restraining order to < protect herself > from her 
Child victim >and she further ordered that the rape would not be investigated !
This was after the March 15, 1994 attack and after I reported the sexual 
exploitation and rape of Hope on February 12, 1994. The state knew I had 
filed the charges with Burien police officer Randy Gerkre Precinct # 4
This report had been sent to the King county Sexual assault unit to 
Susan Flanngan now last name Sils. She failed to investigate. In my heart 
everything that happened to this child could have been prevented had this 
report been investigated by this unit. Yet I have phone conversations taped 
with this unit < telling me there would be no investigation there was no 
crime> I also have Susan Flannagan Sils signs off of the case> She states 
I have already check these allegations out < ALL ARE UNFOUNDED >
The allegations were 
1. Hope was being sexually exploited > Evidence and witnesses to this .

2. Hope had been in a car wreck in December 1993 and hit the Hood canal 
bridge head on, Hope was in the car with Miki Swindler a known Lesbian 
stripper > She was State patrol records in Kitsap county 

3. Hope had been hit by a jeep bronco in burien crossing the street 
and taken to Highline hospital on January 10, 1994.> She was highline 
records. 

4. Hope had been molested in Denny's restaurant by these women and the manager 
had to ask them several times to quit, The manager finally made them move to 
a booth in th back of the rest. The workers in this rest. told me that they 
became sick at the sexual probing of one of the women to this young kid they 
also told me that they seen Hope being denied food by these women and slapped 
when she try to sneak a French fry off of Christina Auxier's plate in the 
restaurant. They said that this was evident that this young girl was being sexually 
used and abused . Witnesses available.

5. That Hope was a run away and missing> She was and Susan flannagan 
wrote on her sign off report that none of these allegations were true.
When she could have looked in her own state computer and found a missing 
persons report on Hope at the times these things were happening to her >

6. That Vicki Asher and Christina Auxier had criminal histories 
Again flannagan failed to check her own computer records 
Asher had five hits for domestic violence < beating her female lovers >

Asher had this history When Atty Paige Ulry promoted her in court on March 
15,94 as a care provider for my daughter .

Other allegations to Flannagan were that Hope was not in school, had been 
arrested on the via duct and was in danger in the hands of these people.

Sexual assault records of Ms. Fllanagan in March of 94 after I filed these 
charges , State I have already dealt with these " THEY ARE UNFOUNDED "
She signed off and the case was never investigated, witnesses were never 
contacted, the Sexual assault never contacted me and ask me anything 
The states own records of Asher were never checked Hope's school records 
and her missing status run status were never checked in the King county 
records, Had these things been done Hope would not have suffered.

The social worker Betsy Schlein who admitted on the stand in court that she 
was given the case because she herself was a lesbian did not report 
the Lesbian sexual abuse of child to the proper agencies.

She instead went to the molester and rapist < S&M freak > and told her 
she could go to jail , and to lay low till my daughter turned 16.. She 
protected the sister hood of lesbians and let a child suffer.
She also told Miki Swindler to not discuss her nudie dancing to Hope 
keep it low key ..

She knew that Hope was being molested and in bondage she failed 
to protect and to report a crime more than one count because I am sure 
that Christina Auxier had sex with my child many times after this.

All of the witnesses and information was given to the officer when I filed 
the report ..
Yet no investigation was done.. On Hope's 15th birthday the body of a young 
girl was found in volunteer park with Hope's description, Hope had ran away 
from foster care, Betsy Schlein called my home and said to me that I should 
call the morgue that she thought it could be Hope. weeks before 
when I would call her to see if she had heard anything on my daughter's
whereabouts, she said that she could not look for her it was not her Job
Then she said that she was worried that something had happened to Hope 
She mentally tortured me .. It was this day August 18, 1994 that she played up 
my daughter's death as the body in the park,, I thought I was dying ..
I later learned that my daughter was assigned a CSO officer Community 
Service Officer by the name of Peter Stalgis < they get Run away reports 
he had gotten Hope's run report > I called him and I was so upset from 
Betsy Schleins conversation that the young girl could be my daughters body I 
was very emotional and crying < Peter Stalgis screamed at me 
and said < ALMA , calm down Listen TO ME !!! He said that he had talked to 
Betsy Schlein on august 18,94 that morning and that she had told him she had, 
had contact with my daughter < THAT VERY MORNING > that my daughter had 
called her wanting to not be placed in anymore Lesbian Homes !! She would 
live on the streets first. He said that Betsy Schelin was 
very sick person .. for what she had done.. to me that morning..Leading me to 
believe the body od the young girl was Hope's .. I was searching for Hope and 
Hope was classified a run a way .. Betsy Schlein knew this. Jodie I have had 
a hard time forgiving this human being for this. 

Betsy Schlein also was seen having lunch with Asher and Auxier at the court 
hearings ..

She also told me that My daughter had nothing in common with me 
She had her lesbian family..

  This was lies state records show that Hope was 
searching for us we had moved and DSHS would not give her our address
or phone number...  

and Hope was asking questions about God to Betsy 

Schlein and in one of the case notes Schlein writes that she told Hope 
that just because she < Hope had had a couple of bad experiences she could 
not blame the whole homosexual community >

 God did not have anything to do 
with it > It was after this the state records show Hope tried 
to commit suicide>>

 and a worker by the name of Toni Maupin writes 
on the suicide attempt < Per request Toni will screen out > I was never 
notified of any of her injuries or attempts or runs .. or sickness or illness
or lack of schooling> My parental rights were always in tack...

I supplied police units with all my photographs , they never entered them 
into her file and in fact Lost them I was told by Burien precinct in King 
county the precinct that covered the Peggy Jeffery Home for years.

Maleng;s office knew they had cases in their office of the rape of a foster

involving this home and children placed there > Maleng Knew !!
