Erica Christenson : The first "SW" (SOCIAL WORKER) in the case. 

Her report was that she did not believe the allegations that I abuse Hope. 

Kim Chung : She was given the case after Hope was removed and after the 72 hour hearing That I never was notified to attend.

She would not speak with me except to demand that I gather all Hope's clothes and bring them to DSHS 
after-hours.

I was told by her that I should not accuse my daughter of giving me breast cancer I had, had a breast exam shortly after moving here, and a mass was found, the week before Hope was taken by CPS, I eventually had to 
put the surgery off for three months because of the involvement of DSHS and not knowing where Hope was, this was against my Doctor's wishes, he had ordered surgery right away, I was in a total state of fear at a time in my life that true fear of breast cancer was devastating to any woman at any time in her life, and now I had an agency like DSHS to deal with.

 I at no time accused my daughter of giving me breast cancer This SW continued to harass me by calling my home and refusing to tell me where my daughter was, she accused me of abusing my daughter, and not caring 
about her, after my surgery she called my home and demanded that I drive to the office and bring all of Hope's belongings which was a room full, TV, stereo, clothes, tapes, stuffed animals, everything a teenager 
would hord.

 I explained to her I had, had surgery and that I could not drive to bring Hope's things, at this time she still was accusing me of not loving my daughter enough to bring her things, She said that " She could see why the 
state took my daughter " I was an unfit mother ! she hung up on me. It was at  this time I hired a taxi driver to take my daughter's things to the office of DSHS, My neighbor packed Hope's things and the driver took them to the DSHS office.. 

It was the next day that Kim Chung called my home and said that I would never get my daughter back , That I was really some kind of mother to send my daughter's things in a taxi. never mind that she had told me in her first call that my daughter had no clothes and wanted her own things, at no time would she tell me anything about my child.

In any of her contacts which consisted of four calls 
months after hope was taken..

2nd SW : David Richards region # 4 

David Richards was very instrumental in the hand off of Hope to the known lesbian role models

 via Youth advocates who was contracted through DSHS 
to supply minority housing to homosexual < children > and to recruit  Homosexual foster parents

 via DSHS as directed by Lowrys executive order David knew early on that Hope

was in a homosexual agenda he was friends with  The Public defenders Paige Urley and Alice Zaliski..

 He had worked with them  on other cases in the past.

 He failed to report Hope's injuries

 he failed to  notify me of her sexual exploitation

 case notes show he was aware of her  severe emotional problems and he was aware of the problems at the

 Jeffery's home he also was aware of Hope's Disability I informed him that she was born disabled and needed special care and  supervision.

 My letter of Feb 18 1994 informs him of many very crucial issues.

 He also was aware of the car wrecks and removal from school and  The rape of my child.

 He chose to ignore me for months after I informed him I knew of the serious liability of the state for her neglect. 

 He worked a deal with my public defender to fraud me on signing a document stating that I was agreeing to her care in St Petes Hospital I signed for Hope to get 
treatment I thought in September 13, 1994 when in fact 4 years later I would learn that Hope had

 already been in St Petes in May of 1994 without my 
consent or signature. Evidence shows from state records supplied 4 years 
later that my daughter was molested in St Petes and placed in isolation.
