Notice of review hearings given to foster parent, pre-adoptive 
parents or relative, but only if person is currently providing care to child 
(13.34.130). according to this parents or relatives of the child / does not have to be 
notified of a review hearing, if they are not contributing to the care of the 
child .. what if the mother or father has lost their job 
from all the hoop jumping that is ordered by the state, just on an 
allegation, and a lot of times the allegation , has been disproved in court 
with evidence.. a lot of time evidence is kept out of court 
by the judge that will clear the parent of any wrong doing.
