Attention: Civil Rights Subcommittee conveaned Public Disclosure RCW 42.17.030

Please except my request under the laws of discovery / disclosure on the above.

I am requesting Any and all records submitted by any and all claimants / victims of the state of Washington who filed a Civil Rights violation complaint with who also was involved in the OK Boys Ranch cases involving sexual and physical abuses of minor children in state care.

I am requesting any and all notes and records, letters, of any and all meetings held by the subcommittee with any and all agencies or persons to address these violations.

I am requesting the same in regards to any and all meetings held to establish and correct these violations by the subcommittee.

I am requesting the knowledge of all subcommittee members as to, If any member at any time contacted any federal agency with the documentation and evidence submitted by the victims and sought federal intervention to aid the victims.

Did any subcommittee member make a complaint with the Governor of the state of Washington on behalf of the victims ?

Did any member file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office on behalf of the victims ?

Did any member of the subcommittee seek subpoena power from the Rules Committee ?

To be able to investigate deeper and file a report with the office of the Governor.

On behalf of any criminal activity involved in the cases filed with the subcommittee ?

If so what was the out come of this request by the subcommittee ?

Did any member of the civil rights subcommittee file a report with any law enforcment agency after veiwing evidence and documentation submitted by the victims that constituted criminal activity involving any state agency and oe employee ?

Did any member of the committee caused to be filed any complaint on any state employee, elected official, appointed official, that violated any rights of the victims ?

Or committed a crime against any victim who filed a civil rights complaint with your subcommittee ?

Records of any and all denials of Senator Dan McDonald to Senator Pam Roach holding back Subpeona requests into the civil rights violations cases.

Any and all actions taking by Senator Jim Hargrove in regards to his statement on August 6, 1997 during the testimony of victims when he stated Did he proceed to act on his statement ?

Did he submit a request for any such investigation to the Governor or any other federal agency ?

Please certify any and all records as authentic documentation held by the subcommittee or state resulting from all complaints filed.

If this hasn’t already been done.

Please include all responses from the state in this request.

Because of the massive number of complaints filed I understand that this will take time.
