In Keri's case I have read and researched the documentation, her abuses 
leading this child to run a way, in fear, literally shake at seeing a police 
officer. Have to slip and contact her mother and sisters, in fear that she is 
doing something wrong just by having her mother's phone number. In Keri's 
case we have a video showing clearly that Keri wants to be with her mom and 
sisters. 

We have disclosures made by Keri
to her sexual abuse, and physical abuse in the hands of Sherri Dinkins, and 
sexual abuse in a Daycare, run by, Pamala and Frank Merrin. Doctor's, and 
school teachers, have been concerned for Keri's safety, Members of the 
Community, have voiced their concern, Therapist, the list goes on, Yet 
nothing has been done to protect this little girl. WHY ?
The mother has been silenced every and each time she came before the courts
to seek a protection order for Keri, Atty Rebecca Reeder, along with Steve 
Downing, and others conspired against the mother to prevent ANY record of 
Keri's abuses being made / documented as a matter of record in the court 
files, 4 volumes

When the mother filed records in the court file, those documents amazingly 
disappeared or were placed in the earlier volumes, to prevent the judge from 
viewing 
their content. 

Commissioners as well as Judges in the Pierce County judicial district, 
Played 
cat and mouse with a child that was being abused both sexually and physically,
emotionally, placing her back with her abuser, Sheri Dinkins, over and over 
again, 

Keri has learned that she will be punished if she speaks of her abuse again, 
the last time Keri told of her abuse, she was denied her mother, and sisters, 
was told that her mommy did something very bad and was in Jail, what the 
mother done that was very bad was once again appear before the court with 
documentation to Keri's abuses, June 14, 1999, the mother was taken from one 
court room to a second court room, illegally held, and told ' She would 
present her daughter to the court 
or she was going to jail ' The mother was then hauled off to the pierce 
county jail 
and held, as a ransom she would turn over her daughter, the mother was not 
formerly charged, and no court record of her arrest. Keri' was taken from the 
very court house that day, June 14, 1999, that her mother sat a hearing and 
was seeking protection for Keri, all this is pretty amazing, to those of you 
who have not yet been raped by commissioner's court, judges, and overzealous 
attorneys, Gal's
All who are in positions to protect a child. The question here is, ' WHY ? ' 
is this 
criminal activity allowed to happen ? I have one answer but there are many, 
Their is no accountability first to the child, NO PROTECTION, the parent is 
a non -party 
because, all of the above, KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CHILD., then we have 
judges sitting on warm benches, with the morals of a junkyard dog. They 
themselves, are breaking the laws they took an oath to uphold. The child is 
just a pawn, in the proceeding. We have Prosecutors, who hold back 
prosecutions of sexual abusers of children, ' JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN ' then 
we have MONEY
being made, federal & state funding rolling in like thunder, for all to hear 
about and get in on the ' MONEY POT ' we have a criminal mindset sitting in 
black robes that think they are above the laws they are to uphold. Where in 
all this is the protection of the Child and the family ??

Washington state courts are operating in a fashion that will lead to exposure 
and 
arrest of those in positions of power, just like the dirty judges in the 
South in a little town in Sheblyville, Tennessee, The judge and his brother 
who was a Tennessee
State attorney general ( Like Christine Gregior ) were arrested by federal 
agents and hauled off to jail, for conspiracy, rape, and fraud, terroistic 
threats to raped victims when they came forward with their abuses, drugs, we 
had a cess pool there
and we have a cess pool in Washington state. We have those who feel ( ego's ) 
that they ARE THE LAW even if its is criminal and corrupt. 

But while we are exposing the criminal mindsets, the dirty deals, the tainted 
judges, the very black robes of justice in Washington state courts, WHO 
PROTECTS THE CHILD ? WHO PROTECTS THE PARENTS THAT ARE TRYING TO PROTECT 
THEIR CHILDREN ? It certainly isn't the ' trove ' of state paid whores, that 
slink in and out of the halls of justice, slobbering for their next case.

It isn't the judges that have their own dirty little secrets to protect.

It isn't the DSHS social workers / cps workers, we hear about being at the 
bar's 
drunk off their asses, doing a strip dance on the table.

It isn't the school's who rush to alter the school records 
It isn't the Washington state Attorney General, who rushes to destroy state 
records 
of abuses to children. Or Providing exceptional services to wanted criminals, 
wanted in two countries.

It isn't the Governor of the state of Washington , who is too busy, day 
dreaming about his maybe appointment to VICE PRESIDENT, Trying to keep his 
finger in the dyke to prevent mass exposure of those under his supervision 
who are criminal 

It isn't the Senator's of the state of Washington, Who worry about hurting 
the federal funding ! Or their damn ' Roses being moved '.

It isn't the Heads of DSHS, Rosie Orskavicth, Lyle Quasim, Bonnie Jaquques, 
Carol Holland, Barbra Stone , Scott Mennick and their Human Relations co 
workers
Who are PR robots ( press relations mouth speaks ) they only come out when a 
child dies or an elderly man or woman is raped or beaten ( Linda David, Hope 
Robbins ) 

It isn't the Washington state patrol, who cries, they have to have the 
permission of DSHS to investigate DSHS in cases such as these. Where DSHS, 
CPS, or state run facilities are responsible for the death, sexual abuse of 
children ( NOT THE PARENTS ) I repeat , DSHS, CPS, and state run facilities 
are RESPONSIBLE for the Deaths and sexual abuse of the children. The 
Washington state patrol CANNOT investigate without getting the permission of 
the ABUSER. WOW, 
Do we feel protected yet ??

It isn't the Ombudsman, Viki Wallen who stayed silent when she was used by 
someone inside DSHS to write a letter to cover the same sex rape of a 
disabled child. She stayed silent even when the child was missing. She is an 
OUT lesbian

So Folks, my question here is, WHO the hell is it in Washington state, that 
can and will protect the children ???

Many families are on their way to Washington DC to make the federal laws work 
to protect families, There is a federal court order lodged against the State 
of Washington, That order has been in effect, while these horrid violations 
to the children of the state of Washington have been allowed. 

In some of these cases, one would have to question the mental well being of 
the 
Judges / Commissioners involved in the cases. Perhaps the mental health of 
these 
in power needs to be questioned, to establish, one they are insane or really 
mentally deficient. 

Food for thought: Why has the Washington state FBI, allowed the Attorney 
General Christine Gregior, to criminally break the laws of not only the state 
of Washington 
but the Federal Laws ?? When she conspired to purge, alter, falsify, delete, 
the records in the OK Boys Ranch ?? Why was she allowed to used tax payers 
dollars 
to provide exceptional services to Blas Beltran, a criminal wanted by two 
countries
for drug trafficking ?? Where was the US attorney and the FBI in these 
matters of security, and breaking the laws both state and federal ??

Perhaps the Washington state FBI doesn't investigate because she is a TOP 
COP
But does this make it legal and just ?

Why is Rosie Orskavicth allowed to lie, falsely report the number of deaths 
in Washington state of children in DSHS / CPS care ??

Why is the media threatened TO NOT COVER, hot cases where the Washington state 
government screwed up royal? And a child died, others were raped, beat, and 
made homeless, others missing because they couldn't take the crimes being 
committed against them, Did any of the listed above agencies protect and care 
about these children ? Governor Locke was too busy promoting ' FAMILY VALUES 

Why is the US Attorney in Washington state protecting these law breakers ??

If you are as sick of this mockery, play house, actor's court as I am, then 
please 
speak out about it, do something to expose the make-up actor's theater. When 
these actor's put up their masks for their own agenda's , your child becomes 
the 
lamb in the den of evil, What will you say to this child ' someday ' when he 
or she asks, ' Didn't you even try to do something to stop what was happening 
to me ??? 
And you know what , replying, to that child with ' I was afraid ' won't cut 
it.

Who are sitting in prison now, and tell me after reading this book 
That, its ok to do to families what Washington state, does as a PAID HOBBY.
