CAN NOT conspire to violate your civil rights, Like in my case, HOLD me in a room unlawfully to AID the KIDNAPPERS of my daughter. 

SERVE a restraining order on me taken by one of the Kidnappers, in another  jurisdiction and served in a Jurisdiction That I did not live in, at a court  hearing, I had sat at, and had every, RIGHT to be at. THEY DID NOT.

One would think that violated my RIGHTS. 
In Washington State, that's the problem, THEY DON'T THINK!
