show you how real this family's suffering is, this miscarriage of justice 
has been allowed for seven years, blatantly, by agencies within the state of 
Washington.

Examiner's Office in Tacoma, Washington.

I received a copy of your e-mail request and I am looking into the matter.

Could you please provide a little more information. Where did your daughter 
live?. Is this reported to Law Enforcement and if so who?
Where and when was she last seen?

This will help me investigate. I also hope she is alive and well. I will 
advise as to the outcome.

I was given this missing persons report number by the Pierce County 
Sheriff's office.

April 28,97 Our family was given , 97-MOO 1094

The state of Washington had recorded her as living in her own household in 
Pierce County, Washington for the years 93,94,95, in state documents to the 
Department of DSHS, however state documents for the same time recorded her in 
a foster home in Washington State Peggy Jeffery's in King County, still state 
documents for the same time period had her as missing. All these documents 
from the state files had this one child in in three different living 
situations. 
Our family was searching for her on the streets of Seattle, Tacoma, and in 
King County. We have records from the medical facilities in Burien 
Washington, Highline Hospital, stating during these documented times, she was 
hit by a hit and run driver throw into the air and suffered internal bleeding 
from the Kidneys, our family was never notified of these injuries. We also 
have state documentation showing she was in a vehicle, traveling to 
Port' Angeles \ she was a passenger and the driver hit the hood canal 
bridge, an should not have access to this child, we learned she was a nude 
stripper and on her way to a club with the child in the car. our family was 
not notified, of this accident. We have state records showing she was a victim 
of car-jacking, was injured, police reports on file, there are rape incidence 
reports on file in King County, and 911 domestic calls of her being beaten 
down two flights of stairs in Des moines, Washington by Viki Lynn Asher 
my daughter had on a dog collar and was in nothing but torn panties, She had 
broken her chain on the dog collar according to the neighbors who called 911, 
she sustained at this time, two black eyes from past beatings, In checking in 
the police computers we found Ms. Asher had 5 prior hits for Domestic 
Violence recorded in the computer, King County. We have all these state 
documents, now, but was obstructed in getting them for 4 years, which 
prevented our family from knowing of her safety and well being. 

Our family has been prevented from finding this young adult, simply because 
after receiving the state documents on her injuries and crimes committed 
against her, we filed a law suit against the State department of Social and 
Health Services,

Our goal is to locate our loved one, who we have cause to feel is in danger 
and has been in danger through out this tragedy. 
We are being denied to access the services available to locate her and access 
her welfare. 

I have testified before the Senate law and justice committee in Olympia, 
Washington, on the abuses to this child. She is disabled and was born 
disabled from birth. Our family was denied by King County Sheriff and the 
Sexual assault unit to provide them with the federal records of her 
disability 
We instead received a letter from the Sheriff office stating that she was not 
disabled. She was not missing, I contacted another state after receiving this 
letter, and found not only was she missing, but had been registered as 
missing for five months. The other state also found she was entered as 
missing locally but had not been entered into the NCIC national data base. 
Our family has endured emotional torture in our concern for our loved one 
too, long. 
The state of Washington cannot allow a disabled child now young adult to 
suffer, when her family is here, loves her and wants the best for her. 
Now we have been given the run around, to the point we fear for her safety 
and well being even now more so, since receiving the state records, to the 
point of ourselves suffering emotional cruelty beyond imagining.
