KIng County Sexual Assualt Center :
DO they just investigate male/female sexual abuse ?
Lets dare to find out how many ' Same Sex cases get investigated and
referred to Mr. Maleng, King County Prosecutor for criminal charges ??
Then lets do a in depth research study, across the state of Washington
County by County, Prosecutor's office by office, Lets find the real truth
to the
rape stats.
Lets ask why the rape of Norma Hope Robbins, by same sex adults was
stopped and sent to CPS file # 13 to DSHS, Supervisor, Terry Walker who
was involved in the death of Loura Viola Grace, and disciplined, to cover
up ?
Mr. Walker told me he had been sent the report filed with the police and
it just lain around his office, because it wasn't the job of the CPS office
to investigate Rape. That was the job of the police who took the report and
the Sexual Assault Unit in King County. When I asked Mr. Walker if he had
contacted the Police back, he said that wasn't his job either. When I asked
if he was going to send the case back, He said that he could not refer a rape
case to the police !!!!!!
Perhaps it was the fact that Mr. Maleng was running for Governor ?? Or
that, Seattle, King County is heavily saturated with homosexuals ? In
government and media office positions ? Perhaps DSHS really took Dar
Hendrickson's letter to DSHS region #4 serious when an internal memo was sent
to Region #4 informing all in the Kidd case, that they were to screen all
calls on the Kidd case from the media, and to keep Ms. Kidd away from media,
national talk shows, and christian affiliates, and to beware of Gary Preble,
as Ms. Kidds attorney because he represented fathers that were child
molesters, and CALL DAR, ASAP !! Control the mother, she could take this case
to the media and hurt our agenda.
Perhaps their really is a homosexual agenda operating in the state and
Senators and others of accountability are fearful to speak up for the rights
of the innocent ones that are being raped and abused at the hands of this
special
agenda group ? What would happen if a child of the senator's was raped and
abused, kidnapped by this special agenda operating in the state of
Washington?
If that should happen, it is already to late for that child to not have
suffered.
To the Senate, its getting pretty plain out here in the field, that exposure
is well on the way, to what has been allowed to operate in Washington State
Government, ever hear of Congressional hearings ? Where they do take sworn
testimony ? They do enact the power to investigate and refer to prosecution ?

Ethics
After reading this article on the ethics of judges ' Should we be afraid to
expose
Washington states judicial system of corruption ? No. I wondered as I was
going through the ' bunny trail ' of civil rights violations, WHO, What, Why ?
was my civil rights being raped for a ' Special agenda group ? I soon found
out
My civil rights and the civil rights of my child, were building blocks for
the players in the Washington State Judicial system with a very deep routed
promotion going on. Some fear added to that to play along.
This is exactly what was going on in the state in the article below.
Exactly the issues of ' special favors ' for certain ones much like Judge
Anderson in Pierce county, Tacoma, Washington. Its all about ' ETHICS in
Judicial arenas' And accountability of the protectors of the law.

Three N.H. Justices May Be Removed
By KATHARINE WEBSTER
Associated Press Writer
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A day after one state Supreme
Court justice was forced to
resign, a state lawmaker said Saturday three of the
remaining four justices could
face removal by the Legislature for ethics
violations.
''I think the state's judiciary has just had a
tremendous train wreck, and it's going to
take us a long time to dig all the bodies out of the
wreckage,'' said Republican
Rep. Paul Mirski.
Mirski said he planned to file a bill Monday to
impeach or otherwise remove Chief
Justice David Brock. Impeachable offenses include
''bribery, corruption,
malpractice or maladministration in office.'' Judges
can be removed for other
offenses through a ''bill of address.''
Accused of criminal ethics violations, Justice
Stephen Thayer resigned Friday. In
return, state Attorney General Philip McLaughlin
promised not to prosecute.
But McLaughlin issued a 25-page report that not only
detailed Thayer's
transgressions but also accused the entire court of
ethics violations. He said it
was an ''institutional practice'' for judges who had
excused themselves from cases
to review and discuss draft decisions in those cases.
''To disqualify means that a judge has no more
authority (in a case) than any other
citizen,'' McLaughlin wrote in a cover letter.
''Practices to the contrary are
unconstitutional.''
Franklin Pierce Law Center professor Richard Hesse
said the revelation was
extraordinary.
''To the extent it's a general practice and none of
the judges saw fit to blow the
whistle on it, the whole court is tainted,'' Hesse
said.
The court's other members are Joseph Nadeau, who is
too new to have been
involved; Sherman Horton; and John Broderick. Both
Horton and Broderick
commented on a draft opinion in one case from which
they had disqualified
themselves, McLaughlin said.
Horton, in a telephone interview Saturday, said he
could not think of a single case
that would have to be overturned. He also said
recused justices usually played
only a minimal role, such as commenting on grammar.
Occasionally, justices who excused themselves because
of poor health might
comment on the merits of a ruling, he said.
''Some of us were lazy and wouldn't read them. I was
one of the lazy ones,'' Horton
said. ''Others were interested in what was going on
in the court and would read
them and comment, but nothing that would violate the
purpose or principle of
recusal.''
We cannot afford to be blinded by role, rank or uniform. When trusted figures
betray our trust, they also erode our confidence in the institutions they
represent. In that sense, we are all their victims.
