A case out of Vermont, This letter was sent to me by the
Grandmother, on behalf of the grandchildren.
It is hauntingly, twin to Washington state Social Services
practices.
I remember Tina bertness tapping my shoulder before we went into King county
Superior Court, in my case, She tapped real hard on my shoulder, and said ' Ms . Kidd, just remember
when you walk through that court room door, ' I am God.
You would want to contact the Commissioner of SRS William
Young.. I will
attach a letter that my daughter and I wrote along with another
woman (Marilynn Christian) who SRS has also "kidnapped" her daughter.

Dear Commissioner William Young:
We were not impressed, nor pleased with yours’ and Governor Howard Deans’
public
misrepresentation and cover-up, of the criminal conduct in Orange County and
the
Barre Court, and how they operated in the recent illegal abduction
(pre-assigned
custody, prior to birth,) of a precious newborn baby, a sovereign citizen of
united
states of America, without a birth certificate, stripped from a non abusive
parent,
me, Debbie Gray; which case you have been fully made aware of, in the past
having
suffered the losses of two other children, you mis-referenced on Channel
Three tainting
the case, degrading my name further, including receiving professional
observations by
me, Marilynn Verna Christian; a tenure teacher, counselor, missionary and
outstanding
model parent and business woman.
You were very clever to make note to the prior children of ours, the Grays, having been
prior abused, on television last week. However, your seemed to purposely
cover for
your departments’ added crimes, by using your words to make it appear that it
was me,
Debbie who abused the children. We know you, you have known, fully it was the
father,
Jeffrey Hyde who we understand the White River news reported , was found to
have
not only sexually abused his two tiny daughters, but also convicted by
Courts, and of
course, very lightly sentenced for sexually molesting his cousin prior to
repeatedly
having illegal and abusive contacts with his children, even reported and
substantiated
by medical professionals. Yet, the children were removed by your Socialistic
Servants,
from the parent; me, Debbie Gray, mother and grandmother; me, Mary Jane Gray,
with
grandiose lies, many which I, Marilynn Verna Christian, am a witness to.
I, advocate, Marilynn Verna Christian; am an expert witness in this case, who
has been
ignored and lied about, among many of your peers, and have been denied to be a
witness, and advocate in behalf of Debbie and Mary Jane, by Mark Furlan,
Guardian
Ad Litem Mary Alice Leonard Heath, SRS, Court clerks, Court Officers, and
assorted
Judges despite the rights of the clients to have witnesses pertinent in their
innocence.
I met the previous children who were unlawfully removed from their loving
home, and
witnessed their loving interaction with their grandmother and mother. They
loved their
mother and grandmother. They told me and many other advocates, some who
testified
in Orange County, that Debbie and Mary Jane never abused them, but they did
disclose horrible harms they suffered, from their father, his family, his
friends, and SRS
overseers; with no safe help from SS, Commissioner Jim Walton, or you,
despite many
letters, and phone calls, you and Walton received. You promised us,
reunification, and
lied. I hope the unlawfully alienated children can still maintain good
childhood
memories after what appears to be, mind controlling and mind altering
workers, with
dangerous mainstreaming tactics; especially when you finally return them. We
sent
you, and all those directly involved, detailed affidavits, and credible
references to clear
the children from illegal incarceration, correct yours’ and the Bethel State
Police
departments’ lies, testifying in numerous courts who seemed to control
unethical mental
health individuals, and you did nothing to discipline your wards, certain
misconducting
Troopers, or the Courts’ gross crimes; neither did you return the children;
as usual, at
great taxpayer costs. Vermont has got to stop protecting the rapists, and
that includes
your government.
Instead you prove to have allowed and covered for years of torment, slavery,
experimentation, illegal interrogations, body shackled limited visitations,
hand contact
body searches on the mother ordered upon Sheriff Sam Frank, and your SS,
oversaw
that Sam Frank was to forbid the children to even wave at me, Mary Jane, the
alienated
grandmother they wanted to be with, talk to, and live with. Through it all,
I, Debbie
Gray and her mother, me, Mary Jane, were very cooperative to submit to the
enslaving,
discriminatory and persecutory demands, for nothing in return; but years of
pain,
heartache, loss, expenses, and enslavement. Then to push, and break our
spirits for
more; as if to force us into crime, your SS have not allowed us for years to
see our
kidnapped children, and because no communication was allowed, (yet the
children
were forced to visit with bribery and gifts by the very family documented in
abuse; SS
transported at extra tax payers expense ) we fear adoption has possibly
taken place,
with strangers, in a hidden place.
Now, you and Governor Howard Dean want more foster homes, so you can steal
more
children at $50, 000 or more for each taken into custody since you can get
away with
falsehoods in public.
After I, Marilynn Verna Christian assisted in this case, in 1996 my daughter
was
kidnapped, as you well remember; and have covered up for those historic
crimes, also.
I forewarned many of you in positions of leadership status, like the Grays
did ; that
plans of entrapment, for no crimes, were being pitted against me and my
daughter of
tender years, that SS failed to protect despite multitudes of professionals’
pleadings. I
have not seen, neither have I had any communication with my precious
daughter, you
have been a commissary of, over her torments and purposed brainwashing
confusion,
forced grandiose rejection, now, for over 900 days. Multitudes of innocent
women and
men, suffer similar genuine complaints against your apparent Treasonous
Dictatorship
all over this State. We want your job terminated promptly after return of
all children
who have been taken with no substantiated medical abuse.
I, Debbie, am only allowed an hour an a half, five days a week, Monday
through Friday
to hold, nurse, and nurture my tiny, kidnapped baby who clings to me, for
comfort. I
breast pump milk, and freeze it, over the weekend. The baby Kaitlyn, is only
two weeks
old, Sunday and is already showing signs of ill health since taken into
unlawful custody.
Upon removing her diaper, she has a rash, is in soaking wet diaper, which is
outrageous at that age, and has dried on excrement on her bottom and in the
creases
of her tiny legs. The unskilled, young foster mother, from New Hampshire
refuses to
use my breast milk. Because of this, the baby suffers gastritis and has
dried on formula
stuck to her head. The first day, she was improperly strapped in her car
seat, and often
shows up with only short sleeved clothing, cold arms. We hold you
accountable,
publicly to see to it, this Tuesday, at 11 a.m at a Merits Hearing in Barre,
with Judge
Nancy Corsones, who refuses to let me have certain witnesses; that the baby is
returned to us, promptly with no restrictions, in my, Debbies’ custody, to
live with the
grandmother, me, Mary Jane; or a home of our choice with no SRS interference.
And
while you are at it, we all want our other children returned immediately
without time
given to deprogram our children.
We are not taking it anymore, and affirm that the above is our sworn joint
testimony to
the best of our understanding based on the un Constitutional punishments
suffered.
