' Day of Outrage ' Every Mother's child '

Seven years ago today at 11:11 am, March 15, 1994, in Seattle, Washington's Juvenile Court house, my faith in the Washington state, judicial, law enforcement, child care agencies, was destroyed.

My faith in the leadership in the state of Washington, over the course of seven years would be tested and denied and destroyed.
At times I felt as thought I was spinning in a crazy, warped
bubble of hell where reality did not exist, a hell where everything I had been taught in life, was a lie.

Ask yourself this question, If my child was kidnapped today, and I had been attacked to allow this kidnapping to take place, what would I do ?? Where would I go for help ?? Your fist reaction would be to try to defend yourself from your attackers, but what if your attackers were the legal, judicial, system? Your next reaction would be to scream for help ?? What if the police were standing right there
with their arms folded, as you lay on the floor, screaming for help?
What if you were told you don't have custody of your child? But you had just walked out of court five minutes before the attack with custody, a signed order, the ink not yet dried? What if the attorney
for you signed the order and then stood and watched the attack and kidnapping, and when you begged for her to present the order she had just signed, she said that she didn't have an order to that affect?

What if you begged from the floor where you had been shoved and pushed by state employees, to allow the kidnapping of your child, right before your custodial eyes, for someone to call the police, they were kidnapping your child? What if the police came and illegally arrested you, and told you, you were not your child's mother, you did not have custody? That the kidnappers and rapist of your child were the custodial parents of your child. What if you were kept in this room and blocked by six police officers you had never seen before, and told you could not file a report to your attack? You could not search for your child, that had just bee taken? That if you did you would be hunted down and arrested? What if again you asked your attorney to produce the signed order? And she just stood there in this room and said nothing? What if you pleaded with her to go to the Commissioner who had just signed the order and report the attack and kidnapping? And again she just stood in this room and said nothing? What if the police who were called, that had you held in this room, spit in your face and told you, you were not that child's mother, What if the thought ran threw your mind, to strip and show the C-Section scar in desperation, because, we as parents just don't carry our children's birth certificates on our person. What if this same attorney who signed the order, illegally kept the order from you and the court file for 19 months, when you tried to report the attack and kidnapping of your daughter you were told you need proof that an order had been signed, and when you begged her to give you a copy, she refused. When you went to her supervisor you were laughed at? What if when you went to the court file the Court clerk denied you access to your own files? What if when you called to file charges of the attack and kidnapping of your daughter ALL police units had been informed to not take your complaint? ALL police units? What if you located an officer who really cared, who knew the truth, and he went into the computers and FOUND that your name had been tagged? What if that Officer was later released of his duties? For 19 months Attorney Jana Heyed illegally kept the signed order dismissing the state of Washington on March 15, 1994, of ANY involvement in our family's lives from my reach. During this time my daughter was raped, injured, injuries that she will carry with her the rest of her life, My apartment was broken into and my copy of her original birth certificate was stole, other documents, my address book, and bank account information, basic utility statement and account information. This was December 1994, after the kidnapping police report on file. In the interim Hope had ran and was being hunted, down by her abductors the records show that her abductors located her at a witnesses home and the witness had to call the police because they were violent with Hope, police report on file.

What if when your child ran and was missing, you were not notified.
Because when you called the police units to check for any accidents
All you had to do was say your NAME, and they became hostile and
denied you access to the records or information about your child?

What if you got lucky and spoke with someone at a police unit that
didn't type your name in the computer, but checked their missing children's list, and typed your daughter's name and told you that
Your child was not on the list? What if you called another state after
speaking with the Washington State police unit and was informed
by another state police agency, that not only was your child missing
but had been for five months? And had accident reports, car-jacking reports, arrests, and had been in five knife attacks?

What if you called the Washington State police agency back and gave them a NCIC missing persons report number from the national
computer for missing persons, and they became hostile and told you that your not the child's mother, and that if you called back they would have you arrested for trying to make a false report?
WHAT IF YOU TAPED THE CALLS?

What if during this time you had phone calls where your daughter was crying into the phone 'Mom Help me they are raping me ' and other calls, where a child is just crying into the phone? What if you
try to find your daughter and you are brought into court and charged with stalking? The judge then orders you to not search for your daughter, and when you try to present evidence you are told the evidence will be held by the court, in case of any future litigation
and the your attorneys get a call from the Judges Bailiff stating the judge called her to help shred the evidence? The evidence being my daughters journal / diary to her rape and abuses? What if YOU HAD
THE ORIGINALS, and only gave copies to the court? During the
shredding of the evidence, my daughter was missing, but our family was being told otherwise.

What if in a meeting with the Washington State attorney generals
office with your attorneys present, you were threatened that if you did not shut up about the kidnapping and rape of your daughter
< Their words > that they would come for your baby son? If you tried to file any more reports, or if I continued to broadcast on national media, or mentioned any names, I would be arrested and held in contempt, because they were going to GAG me? What if you in front of all held out your hands and said 'CUFF ME NOW ' Cause
I will not be GAGGED. What if you were forced to stand up and pound on the table that, you, < meaning the state of Washington >
Are allowing the rape and abuse of my disabled child right under your nose and some of you in this room are personally involved in the crime of assault, rape, & kidnapping of my child, you are allowing it today, and covering the past crimes to this child, YOU TOUCH ONE HAIR ON ANY OTHER MEMBER OF MY FAMILY
And I WILL ' @W$^$@@ KILL. My attorneys had to get this bunch of supposed state employees out of my face, I was so emotionally
devastated, so angry, that these people, who professed to protect children had / was raping my child, that to threatened another member of my family right in front of my attorneys, was the last straw, because I had taken this to the national media, I had a reporter sitting down stairs in the lobby, and I had just been threatened that I was GAGGED, I was told I could not mention my daughter's name, not even to family members or friends, or I would go to jail. The same sex raping of my child, and the parties involved
were going to these extremes to protect their homosexual, pedophile, child molesting buddies, in Washington State Government, the homosexual agenda was very afraid that if this case got out in the media it would affect their agenda and operations in the state of Washington. It could hurt them in all areas of child care they had been given the door way to, by the Legislatures,
the Governor, the, State attorney General, the Washington State bar, the police agencies, the schools, the sexual assault units, the Public defenders, the Northwest women's law center, they were willing to destroy a child that had become too hot for them, when they found out the child was born disabled, they just about shit !! When they found out the mother wasn't a dumb hillbilly < assistant attorney general, Malcolm Ross's words > to my new attorney Craig McDonald before I had my first meeting with Mr. McDonald, Mr. Ross called Mr. McDonald, and told him, I would be easy, I was a dumb hillbilly. Mr. McDonald, in our first meeting, I had witnesses
with me, greeted me with this reception, ' Ms. Kidd, wow I am surprised, When I asked why? He said, you certainly, don't look like the dumb hillbilly, Malcolm Ross told me you were! After the meeting, Mr. McDonald said to me, Mr. Ross may have just got himself in a 'heap of trouble' I responded, most criminals do, Mr. McDonald. It was Mr. McDonald, and attorney Gary Preble, that later witnessed, Ag's Ross and Trish McVardle, threaten me with jail in a room off from the very court house my daughter was Kidnapped from, In July 95, that if I did not sign forged federal documents
relating to my daughter's federal trust fund, I was going to Jail, they had positioned police officers, right outside the room to take me to jail if I didn't sign, I looked at my attorneys and said this is fraud,
I will not sign these documents, because someone else from DSHS and the Social Security Administration had filled them out, and with wrong data, I was the only person allowed to fill these documents out legally yet I had not seen these forms untill they were presented to me in this room and they all in the room knew this. I refused, and Trish McVardle, stepped over me and demanded that I sign them, I refused she stepped closer, And tried to shove a pen in my hands this is when Attorney Gary Preble, was
screamed at by Ag, Malcolm Ross to get his client under control and get with the program, Attorney Preble, said to Ross, Look Ross, Ms. Kidd is right, this is fraud, and my client just months ago < March
was attacked and her daughter kidnapped right outside this room in the lobby, and nothing was ever done about it, You are going to far,>Ross slammed down his papers and McVardle reached to stop me from leaving the room, I told her, you lay one finger on my person and I will protect myself, you can stick your fraud scheme up your ass Ms. McVardle, now step out of my way, I was starting to get dizzy from what they were trying to do? My daughter was also listed as missing at this time. Craig McDonald, then stepped aside and let me leave the room, he told Malcolm Ross, Malcolm your going to, to,
far, I don't want to be involved in this anymore! I had a neighbor who had accompanied me to court that day, she was listening to the
loud voices inside the room, when stepped outside, she ran over to me, and I said take these and put them in the car, she did as I requested with out question, what I had given her were the ORIGINAL fraudulent federal forms, in the state in their heated attempt to get me to sign fraudulent forms turning my trust fund for my daughter over to the state, did not notice I had kept the original forms.

I was then hauled off to the upstairs court room of Commissioner Epstein, and held in contempt for not signing, this was not a legal hearing, I refused to sign by this time they realized
I had the originals, they had to use the copies they had intended to file with SSA, I was ordered to sign the copies or go to jail, I under duress signed the copies, this way 'By threat of jail, I am being forced to sign copies of a fraudulent federal forms.'
After being raped of my rights I was allowed to leave the Rape center < Court house > I had a sickening taste in my mouth for what had just happened and to see your attorneys reduced to what they had allowed to happen, when they could have presented the fraud to the Commissioner, and filed complaints against Ross and McDonald. They could have done many things, yet they were scared
I was told by McDonald, Alma, I have a daughter and a career, I have to work with these people, please don't sue me, they could do the same thing to my daughter.

When You have a child missing, you take precautions, I taped everything that moved, talked, and walked in this case. Because
of many facts, one Robert Doupe, Supervisor of my daughters case
through the illegal removal of her from me, was all over the news in deaths of children in his care, I had met with him and he had threatened that if I took the case to Jean Soliz in Olympia, head of DSHS, That he could assure me my daughter's care would not run smoothly. We in our own investigation had found 13 children dead in state care, some of the state employees in the deaths of these children were personally involved in my case. We had a missing child. We had the OK Boys Ranch, in which some of the state employees covering up the abuses of these boys were the ones covering up the Kidnapping of my daughter, and One 16 teen year old girl's body had just be found, BEHIND the DSHS building in down town Seattle, Maggie Mustard, Victim, and the same employees in Maggie's case were in my daughters case. The list of
horrible wrongs are a chapter in themselves. Today, marks seven years, at 11:11 am in downtown Seattle, Washington, that one family's life can be destroyed, one scream out for help, one pleading,
for safety, one cry for protection of a child. To an out of control
government, In the word's of King County Prosecutor, Norm Maleng
as told to Seattle Times, '' DSHS needs dismantled, its out of control" This is the same Prosecutor, that on September 29.1994
He took my hands and said, after refusing to view the evidence in front of a witness, " Ms. Kidd, If these were MEN raping your daughter, We would prosecute, in his next breath he said I have a parents news group, would you join? We are trying to protect children, we would like for you to join. I held my composure, and was able to get out of his office, I made it to the bathroom and threw up, I then washed my hands over and over ......still throwing up !!!

We have a Governor that promotes 'Family Values '
We have a children' Sex crimes unit, to protect children
We have a Civil rights division in the following, the Ag's office, the FBI, the County Prosecutors offices
We have a Civil /criminal division in the Governor's office
We have special crimes< I take this to mean Hate crimes > unit
in the Washington State patrol
We have those same units in the US attorney Generals office
We have fraud units
We have RAPE laws, Kidnapping Laws, Custodial interference laws
We have a Child Find unit
We have a missing persons unit
We have a national data base system
We have crime stoppers
We have federal Disabilities ACTS, and other federal acts to protect
children.
We have all these and not one unit or person in these units would
STOP the abuses to my child and family
Like I said I taped everything that talked, walked, and moved.

Who you gonna call when this happens to someone you love ??

My daughter is missing from the state of Washington. And in that state, there is no one to call, that our family has not already contacted. Today this question is on my heart, ' Is my daughter dead? Is the same state that allowed her torment, allows the torment of this family to day, covering this too ??

God help them if after all the cries in the night, they have allowed her death, and the mind torture to our family is more cover up!

We have twenty-thoudand pages of the horror that was allowed to this child, their OWN State documents, unredacted, with names
and places and times, and our family does not intend to use them
for a family album, we intend to use them in civil suits and any other suit to STOP these abuses to children.

We have a list of witnesses that read like a phone book, we have state employees that have come forward.

We have 300 hundred cases with the same agencies, employees, and
department heads with these agencies, police units, attorneys, Gal's
Judges, federal programs, state programs contracted agents and contracted programs who allowed abuses to children in their
Loving, Protective care.. these cases cover, five Governor's, four Attorney Generals, many Sheriff's, many US attorneys, state Detectives, mental health facilities, institutions, foster homes, group facilities, in the state of Washington. Many Therapists, and Councilors, Schools and state employees.
Its amazing the evidence we have found and the criminal evidence of those involved., and I fully intend to use every precious scrap
against those involved in the torture of these children.

To them I say, ' You know your name, now we do too '
thanks to state employees on the inside, that could no longer stomach what each of you have/are doing. They are the real protectors.
