True there are abused children. We need a agency that can and will
handle these cases, WITHOUT more harm to the child.
But notice in the story line that 41 states in 1997 reported child
deaths totaling 967 deaths. My records just on Washington state alone show
that in 1994 to 1995 Washington state had 237 children die.
In state care or monitored by the state.
Rosie Orskavicth and Lyle Quasim, heads of DSHS in Washington state, reported
in their report to the federal government, < For federal funding > that not
one child died in Washington state care
or monitored by the state in 1996. THIS IS A TOTAL LIE.
Seattle times news front page story, 1996, states hundreds die in state care,
story was done by Duff Willson, reporter.
Why did THEY lie ? For one , Washington state at the time of these childrens
deaths, was under a federal court order, issued by the district of Columbia
federal court, Federal Judge , Thomas Hogan.
To report anything but a glowing report by Washington States, DSHS
would and should have JERKED the states FEDERAL FUNDING>
How could they report all the deaths in the states foster care ?
LIES, Could only make the state MONEY>
