A letter to my daughter on Valentines Day.

Dear Hope, 

Seven years have gone by, and you are now an adult. I want you to know today, 
that I love you very much. That everything that has happened to our family, 
was not caused by you, or us. Government politics, Federal funding, and 
secretive agenda's with poor laws and executive orders by those in offices, 
who have power, money, and their own agenda's have robbed you of your 
childhood, and us of our loved one. You are not the only young lady used by 
the calloused, unethical, leaders in State government.  But, I am told, your 
case has gone where none of the others dare tread, because your mom did not 
roll over and submit to the control of the lesbian agenda. The fact that many 
in government offices, and roles of authority in the Department of Child care 
in the state of Washington, were secretly promoting recruitment of young 
ladies and gentlemen in the state to glean power and the coveted vote in 
Olympia to gain even more power of the homosexual agenda in the state. Their 
weapon was to romance the youth of the state into believing they are 
homosexual, this movement had to confuse the youth in the state of their 
sexual identity.  Some of these children were molested as youths, then told 
after the romancing and molestation, that their families would disown them  (To all children, youth etc. this is Not true don't keep it a secret!)  
and the only support they could rely on was the homosexual community. The old 
adage ' Once you go Gay you have to stay'  This is a form of mind control and 
manipulation and to a very young person can be very scary. There were/are laws 
that states sex with a minor is a crime, and punishable by law. When you were 
involved with older adults while in the custody of this lovely agency with 
employees that only saw you, our family as a meal / power ticket to be 
included as a percentage in the homosexual movement, they committed a crime 
against you and our family. 

The former Governor of the State of Washington
was saturated in the homosexual movement, Mike Lowry, He committed sexual 
acts against one of his own employees < Susan Albright > Ms. Albright settled 
for a out of court payoff from the Governor. You were very young, to know all 
the things one needs to know can only come with experience as you mature. I 
have many nights been two steps behind your next injury, run, missing persons 
status, car wrecks, drug overdoses, and sexual assaults, I have taken names 
of all parties who protected this type of abuse of you, sexually, 
educationally, your civil rights were violated when ' You requested to not be 
placed in anymore lesbian homes, because you stated to Social worker Betsy 
Schlein, They were to political, weird, and pushy !! That was June 13, 1994, 
her refusal to protect you from this type of abuse caused you to run, 
documented in the King county police records. Documented there also is the 
missing persons report, where you lived on the streets for five months. You 
like many other young people in the state of Washington < WAS USED > to 
accommodate a special homosexual rights group. We now have all the records of 
your abuses and the parties responsible. We have other victims who were used 
in the same manor by the same agencies, employees, and their State records 
documenting the same parties as in your suffering. They have come forward and 
told their own hell. How they too were told their families hated them, their 
families were told they hated them back. (LIES!) Your Trust Fund, fraudulently, 
embezzled, not by Mom, who had your trust fund in place for you, but by state 
agencies and attorneys, who charged 400 dollars for phone calls out of the 
trust fund after I was forced to sign the trust fund over to the state, 
<Under threat of Jail > two police officers present, along with my attorneys, 
Gary Preble and Craig McDonald, who informed the assistant Attorney Generals 
on the case < Malcom Ross & Trish McVardle > it was fraud.  I was told I would 
go to jail if I did not sign, I did not sign, so I was hauled off to court up 
stairs in Comm. Maurice Epstein's court room with my attorneys and told by 
the judge I had to sign the trust over to the state, this hearing was off the 
record. This trust was rightfully mine But I placed the money in a Trust for 
You. Do you know that Assistant Ag, Malcom Ross went to court Exparte and got 
an order to Keep you in the Jeffery foster home til you turned twenty-one ? 
This was done without you or I being served or notified or our attorneys. 
Hope we interviewed Nikki a foster child placed in the Jeffery Home when you 
were, she gave us detailed testimony to the treatment you and she received. 
She told of the night you and her had a conversation < I will keep that 
conversation and what was discussed between the both of you private > she 
told of giving you her flannel shirt to keep warm, I have that shirt, it was 
left when you ran. Hope there are things 
you need to know about, Your Trust, Your future
and what the real reasons behind this case are.

know that we love you, and we want our family back, you are our family. You 
always will be.

John calls ever two weeks
Lana flew to Washington and lived with us for nine months trying to visit 
with you, but was told by Tina Bertness, that if she wasn't lesbian or 
lesbian supportive she would not be able to see you...  We have this 
conversation taped.

Your family has been denied at every attempt to see you or know even if you 
are alive.

Alisha, and Christine Sandy and Jerry's daughter 
have written and sent photo's I have all the letters and cards and photo's 
for the last seven years. 
Just like the court hearing, when The Joseph Palliallo family helped to carry 
over eighty wrapped gifts and cards into the court room that we had for you, 
for four years, that we were being denied to see you. Linda Lillivic
The court appointed attorney for you, jumped to her feet in the court room 
and cried ' Your Honor
We can't let the child have these gifts, THEY MAY HAVE A BOMB in them, never 
mind we had just came through the security with all of them !!
And the Judge would not let you have them, He didn't even ask you if you 
wanted them! That hearing was the day before your 15th birthday.
Do you remembering my Attorney requesting of the Judge ' Your Honor, tomorrow 
is Hope's birthday 
can my client, her mother give her a card ? Do you remember again Linda 
Lillivic jumping up and crying to the judge, that you could not have your 
birthday card, because the mother may have written something in the card that 
was against the lifestyle she said You had chose ? Hope, All that was written 
in your card were the words I love you.  Mom and twenty dollars.  All of these 
gifts are still in their original gift wrap and your cards unopened.  Hope there 
is so many things 
to say, Where do we began? Seven years will take 
a long time to catch up on, and the pain caused by the state of Washington, 
will never pass away. just, Know that you do have rights, you had rights
