Hope was last placed in the care of Peggy Jeffery till she turned 21.

Court order gotten Exparte, by Washington Assistant attorney general ,
Malcome Ross, at this time Mr. Ross picked up a 10,000 dollar check.

In 1996 Peggy jeffery stated that two unknown Washington state workers cam to
her house August 16, 1996 two days before Hope turned 18 and took her away,
when Jeffery was asked if she knew the workers or had ask them to see photo
Id she said no. Jeffery also stated that Linda Lillivic an admitted lesbian
attorney for Hope came to her house and placed a call to California to
another lesbian attorney friend of hers,
and wanted Hope taken into California. this was before Hope turned 18.

Hope was placed in Chris Curio's home a Youth Advocate Licensed, Home
in 1994- 95 King County

Then Hope was placed with this woman from hell, Stephanie Boualamallah
Stephanie was married to a guy in Montana, by that last name he divorced her
they married in Paris, divorced in King County. She has tattoo's all over
weird looking, rough and tough looking..

So Hope was placed in the states care till 21. Malcome Ross is the one that
needs arrested in Hope's disappearance, along with Peggy jeffery.

Hope's mail comes back, no such person at this address, yet the Seattle Post
office
has her address listed to this address. As of Christmas.

I have had to fight over 420 people state paid whores over my child..

All named in the case files.. Kidnapping Kid's is big business ...especially
in Washington state when the Kid has a trust fund of 60 thousand and a
monthly income of 775 per month.
