I SAW ONE EVENT TAKE 4 months TO GET DATE, THEN UNRESOLVED ON THE SPOT BY A DECISION MAKER SOLUTION MADE EMPLOYEE SEVERELY INJURED LIFE POTENTIALLY ALTERING... TOOK -11MOS. MORE than ONE OCCASION KNOWN OF,  STILL DENYING CARE, TO THIS PERSON.
